I initially made these menu boards out of necessity, now I make them for fun. I am a working Mom and there were so many nights that I'd just scrounge to find anything for dinner. We'd also head to the grocery store and end up buying whatever we thought we might have, then come home and wonder what to eat.
So I saw a menu board at my friends house, took the idea and ran with it. Now we set down every week, decide what we want to eat, have a list right there for what we need when we do head to the store and wa-lah! We've been saving money and had a good, well-balanced meal every night. Awesome! I have one for every month and some extras from people who requested individualized menus. I'll post more as I go along!
